Colonial Theatre, 227 Bridge Street, Phoenixville
The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is thrilled to partner with ARTolerance in welcoming international mandolin sensation Shmuel Elbaz and musicians Yoram Azulay and Moshe Barsheshet from the Jewish Federation’s Israel Partnership2Gether region of Netivot and Sdot Negev. The three musicians will perform with members of the Philadelphia Orchestra, taking you on a Sephardic musical journey from Andalusia to the Middle East, with a touch of the classics.
Are you on Facebook?
Did you know that the ladies at CBJ are starting a Majong Group on Monday nights? Everyone needs to join both the official CBJ page and the CBJ private group (search for Congregation B'nai Jacob Group to join) on Facebook. Here you can find out many things that are going on and make suggestions to what you would like to see happen.
Food Distribution Program
CBJ has partnered with the Jewish Relief Agency (JRA) to create a network for delivering groceries to housebound people in Phoenixville one Sunday a month.
We are now delivering to 30 households in the area each month and we will be expanding to 36 households. In order to make this program as successful as possible, we need your help packing and delivering boxes! It's a small commitment with a big impact!
Sunday, 2/24/19 at 12:00PM
All congregants are welcome
